Cheryl & Orville Murphy
Board Camp Crystal Mine
In 2012, upon discovering quartz crystals on their property, Orville & Cheryl Murphy opened Board Camp Crystal Mine. The mine is located 10 miles east of Mena, Arkansas, and is open to the public for old fashioned rock-hounding. The night of February 18, 2017, the Murphys witnessed a mystifying light event in the mine that changed their lives forever. They began to see other phenomena, both celestial and terrestrial, including orbs and rock levitation caught on game cameras! This news attracted the attention of a MUFON investigation, and Josh Gates of “Expedition Unknown" to film at the mine. Gates caught an actual UFO on camera during the filming which viewers see in the show! To this day, the phenomena continues! What is the cause? Crystal energy? Fringe science? Spirits? Aliens? Most recently, there is physical evidence of Sasquatch! The Murphy's went public with their story hoping to find answers for themselves, as well as for others. The mine was later featured in the documentary, "Into The Light 2". Mary has had her abilities all her life and has helped many people. In March 2016, she was contacted by a client asking for help in finding her missing granddaughter. After the client gave Mary’s findings to the Oklahoma police, Mary was asked by the police to go to Oklahoma and consult on the case. The granddaughter was found safe and in the area Mary stated.
